SB 279, 36th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute; specifying the conditions under which stipulations, in contracts in regard to notice of claim for damage as a condition precedent to the right to sue, shall be valid, providing that such stipulation requiring notice within less than ninety days, shall be void, specifying to whom such notice when required may be given, and further providing that not stipulation requiring notice of claim for damages under certain conditions shall ever be valid.
