Relating to requiring every purchaser of any motor vehicle or accessories therefor giving a mortgage thereon for the purchase price thereof, or any portion thereof, upon demand, to notify the mortgagee or holder of such mortgage of the location of such motor vehicle; providing punishment for failure to comply.
