Relating to defining what shall constitute a unit of weight or measure, for all commodities purchased or sold by length, weight or measure; providing penalties for anyone who shall sell an article or commodity, representing same to be a greater or less number of pounds or quantity per unit with intent to defraud; providing that all articles of foodstuff, produce or commodity, and providing penalties for the violation of this Act.
