Proposing an amendment to Section 5 of Article 4 of the Constitution of the State of Texas, fixing the salary of the Governor of the State and providing that he shall have the use and occupation of the Governor' mansion, fixtures and furniture, providing this amendment shall not take effect until the expiration of the term of the present Governor, and providing the Legislature may increase the salary.
