Relating to preserving, propagating, and protecting all the wild game, wild birds, wild fowl of the State, to provide adequate penalties for the unlawful taking, slaughter, storage, sale, purchase or shipment thereof, to provide for the appointment of Deputy Game Commissioners and fixing their salaries, to define the duties and powers of Game, Fish and Oyster Commissioner and his deputies; to provide for the issuance of Hunting Licenses and prescribe penalties for hunting without a license.
