HB 417, 36th R.S.
Relating the prevention of theft of motor vehicles; providing that it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to have in possession or sell offer to sell, or to use upon public highways, any motor vehicle from which the engine number has been removed or obliterated, and that such person or persons shall make applications to the Highway Commission for an engine number which shall be stamped on the engine of such motor vehicle.
