HB 245, 36th R.S.

Relating to prescribing the trial judges and jurors, who hold policies in, or who are members or stockholders of, or in, any life insurance company, whether fraternal or otherwise, shall not be disqualified to sit upon the trial of such cases in which such life insurance companies are parties plaintiff or defendant.
