Relating to amending certain articles by defining the term "commission merchants," and requiring all commission merchants dealing in agriculture products, including poultry, other than live stock dealers and corporations chartered under the General Laws of Texas, to take out a license through the Commissioner of Agriculture of this State, paying a fee therefor, authorizing them to do business in this State; prescribing penalties for the violation of the provisions of this Act.
