HB 17, 35th 4th C.S.
Relating to providing in substance that during the continuance of a state of war between the government of the United States and Germany the Treasurer of this State from time to time shall, in like manner and with the approval of the Attorney General and Comptroller invest the surplus funds of the State not deposited in State Depositories and not required to meet in such short time United States certificates of indebtedness as may have been heretofore or as may hereafter be authorized by Congress.
