Relating to declaring venereal diseases to be contagious, infectious, communicable and dangerous to the public health; providing for and requiring physicians and others to report cases of such diseases; prohibiting any person from knowingly exposing another to infection from venereal disease; investing the state, county and local health officers with all authority now provided for the enforcement of quarantine regulations to enforce said provisions; providing a penalty.
