Relating to prohibiting owners and managers of hotels, restaurants, cafes, barber shops, bath houses, dining cars, railroad companies and sleeping car companies from allowing tips to be given to employees; to prohibit all persons from giving same to such employees; to prohibit such employees from receiving same; defining the word 'tips,' and prescribing penalties.
