HB 544, 35th R.S.
Relating to amending statute to authorize cities and towns to require the filling up, drainage and regulating of any lot or lots, grounds or yards, or other places in the city or town which shall be unwholesome, or have stagnant water therein, or from any other cause be in such conditions as to be liable to produce disease; providing that a lien may be placed on such lots.
