SB 298, 34th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Statute relating to any party or parties to any civil suit wherein a temporary injunction may be granted or refused, or have been granted shall be dissolved or motion to dissolve overruled, may appeal from the order or judgment granting or refusing or dissolving or refusing to dissolve such injunction to the Court of Civil Appeals.
