Relating to amending a certain Statute providing for the creation of private corporations for the establishment and maintenance of oil companies with authority to contract for, lease and purchase; of the right to prospect for, develop and use coal and other minerals, by adding thereto the right to contract for the lease and purchase, of the right to prospect for, develop and use gas.
