Relating to amending the Penal Code providing that if any officer, agent, clerk of any incorporated company or institution, or any clerk, agent, servant, employee, or tenant of any private persons, co-partnership or joint stock association or any consignee or bailee of money or property shall embezzle, misapply or convert to his own use without consent of his principal, employer or landlord; prescribing penalty.
