Relating to amending a certain Statute providing for the formation of corporations, regulating their powers, giving them the right of condemnation, the power to borrow money, preventing unlawful discrimination, and providing for the formation of corporations for the purpose of storing, transporting, buying, selling, and manufacturing sand and clay for the manufacture of clay products.
