Relating to amending a special road law for Shelby County, so as to require six days work instead of three from each person subject to road duty, or to require in lieu thereof the payment of six dollars by each said person instead of three; and to require the commissioners' court at the regular sessions of their court in February of each year, or at any time they may see fit, to appoint road overseers.
