Relating to amending Articles of the Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas, so as to provide for fixing the hours of opening and closing any house or place of business where intoxicating liquors are licensed to be sold, requiring the closing of such places of business between the hours of 9:30 p.m. on Saturday night and 6 a.m. of the following Monday morning, and between the hours of 9:30 p.m. and 6 a.m. of the following morning of any week day; and authorizing recovery upon the bond and forfeiture of license of retail dealers violating any law of this State relating to the regulation, sale or transportation of intoxicating liquors.
