Relating to making it unlawful to sell, barter, or exchange spirituous, vinous and malt liquors or medicated bitters in quantities of one gallon or less in any place in this state other than a legally licensed saloon, naming certain places where such sales may not be made; forbidding such acts to be done by indirection. Fixing penalties.
