Relating to allowing the commissioners' court of counties to pay bounty of One Dollar per head for killing coyotes for the protection of the stock raising industry, exempting from the operation of this Act certain counties, providing that this law shall not repeal but be cumulative of other laws now in force with reference to wolf bounty and the protection of stock raising industry.
