Relating to amending Chapter 8 of the Revised Civil Statutes, providing what any Insurance Company doing business in this state, except health and life companies, may insure, specifying the kinds of property and the location of property; providing for the lending of money and to be insured against loss as to any interest it may have in property; to insure automobiles or other motor vehicles and providing against what agencies insurance may be had.
