SB 265, 32nd R.S.
Relating to authorizing the formation of corporations for the purpose of generating, manufacturing, transporting and selling gas, electric current and power in this State, and to make reasonable charges therefor; and further, making it unlawful for such corporation to discriminate against any person, corporation, firm or association or place, in the charges for such gas, electric current or power or the services rendered under similar and like circumstances.
