Relating to conferring powers upon the commissioners courts of the counties of this State and authorizing said courts, to appropriate and use any sum or sums of money not exceeding one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars per year for Farmer's Co-operative Demonstration work in their respective counties along the same lines as this work is or may be conducted by the United States Department of Agriculture.
