Relating to authorizing the submission to a vote of the people of the State of Texas of a proposed amendment of Section 24, Article 3, of the Constitution, fixing the salaries and mileage of members of the Legislature, and preventing the acceptance, for themselves or for others, by members of the Legislature of rebates, privileges or advantages from certain persons and corporations.
