Relating to creating a state commission of forestry consisting of certain persons; declaring certain persons ex-officio deputy forest wardens; exempting from taxation for ten years, land which shall be planted in trees; creating a Forest Reserve fund; providing for payment of all fines arising under the provision of this act into said fund.
