Relating to amending Section 2, Chapter 78, of the General Laws of the Regular Session of the Thirtieth Legislature relating to the taking of fish, the purpose of the amendment being to include Brazos, Clay, Collin, Fayette, Gillespie, Hunt, Jack, Kaufman, Mitchell, Raines, Rusk, Smith, and Van Zandt counties in the exemption of said Section 2, and to strike from the list of counties exempted, Harrison and Lavaca counties.
