Relating to amending Article 3271, Chapter 1, Title XLV (45) of the Revised Civil Statutes by adding thereto a provision making it lawful for the Legislature to hold a session of as much as three days during each biennial session in the cities of Houston, Galveston, San Antonio, Dallas, Fort Worth, Waco, Livingston, and at such a point in the Panhandle as my be provided by the Representative from the 106th Representative District.
