Relating to amending Title XLVIII (48) of the Revised Statutes, relating to fish and oysters, by adding thereto Article 2518r, providing for the expenditure by the Game, Fish and Oyster Commissioner of an amount not exceeding $3000 for the purpose of improving and reviving the natural oyster beds of Texas.
