Relating to amending Section 5, Chapter CXXXI (131), Acts of the Thirtieth Legislature, entitled "An Act to amend Sections 1, 4, 5, 6 and 11 of Chapter 108, Acts of the Twenty-ninth Legislature, being An Act regulating the sale of concentrated commercial feeding stuffs, adding thereto Section 11a, empowering the director of the Experiment Station to adopt standards and definitions for concentrated feeding stuffs.
