Relating to authorizing the Governor to expend in any manner which he may deem advisable, the sum of ten thousand ($10,000) dollars in purchasing and having erected a monument to the Texas Confederate Soldiers who fought and fell at Vicksburg during the Civil War, and to place suitable markers showing the position of Texas troops.
