HB 265, 31st R.S.
Relating to amending Section 123, Chapter 124, Acts of the Twenty-ninth Legislature, so as to hereafter grant the holder of a diploma conferring up on him the degree of Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Letters, or any higher academic degree, a State Teacher's Certificate of the first grade, and to grant to the holder of such diploma a permanent certificate upon presentation of, showing that such person has taught for three consecutive years in the public free schools of this State; providing a method of determining what are colleges and universities of the first class.
