Relating to amending Sections Nos. 2, 1, 12, 13, 16, 17, 22, 23, 29, 30, 35, 41 and 44 of Chapter 40 of the General Laws, passed at the Regular Session of the Thirtieth Legislature, entitled: "An act to authorize the commissioners courts to create and establish drainage districts, to construct canals, drains and ditches, to make levees, improve streams and water courses and make other improvements for the purpose of drainage, etc."; validating certain proceedings had and bonds heretofore issued and registered, providing for additional bonds.
