HB 182, 31st R.S.
Relating to providing for revising, digesting, annotating and publishing the civil and criminal laws of the State of Texas, and to require the commissioners appointed to revise the statutes; to prepare two bills, one providing a civil and one a criminal code of practice in the courts of this State, and report the same to the Governor, who shall submit the same to the Legislature.
