Relating to creating the Sixty-seventh Judicial District of the State of Texas, fixing the time for holding the District Courts in Tarrant County, Texas, and to define the jurisdiction thereof, and to provide for the venue of causes in said courts, and to provide for the appointment of a District Judge for the Sixty-seventh Judicial District of Texas.
