Relating to providing for the survey and re-survey of lands owned or claimed by the State of Texas, or which the Commissioner of the General Land Office may deem it expedient to have surveyed or re-surveyed in order to determine whether such land is owned or should be claimed or sued for by the State of Texas to have such survey or re-survey made.
