SB 254, 30th R.S.
Relating to providing for the payment of any witness who may have been recognized, subpoenaed or attached and given bond for his appearance before any grand jury out of the county of his residence to give testimony in a criminal case, and who shall appear in compliance with the obligation of such recognizance or bond.
