Relating to authorizing, directing and requiring the Attorney General of the State of Texas to institute and prosecute, in the name of the State of Texas, any suit or suits which may be necessary to recover all lands within the State of Texas, belonging to the State of Texas, claimed or held or in the possession of any person, firm, corporation or association of persons, adversely to the State of Texas; and making an appropriation for carrying out the provisions of this Act.
