HB 711, 30th R.S.
Relating to requiring railroad companies in this State to employ an officer to be designated as chief special officer, and conferring upon said officer the power of a peace officer to arrest without warrant for a breach of the peace committed on any passenger train of the company employing said officer in any county in this State through which said train is run, for a rate less than full fare for a round trip; prescribing a penalty for the violation of this Act.
