Relating to prohibiting any male person from lounging around or rooming together with a common prostitute or female person of unchaste character or to procure or induce other persons and such prostitutes to engage in sexual intercourse, to induce or attempt to induce any female person to go into any rooming house commonly reputed to be an assignation house, or any other place where prostitutes resort, prescribing a penalty.
