HB 405, 30th R.S.
Relating to defining who are peddlers, and declaring all persons who go form house to house and place to place making a sale or offering to sell merchandise by retail or taking orders or offering to take orders for the future delivery of merchandise, regardless of the mode and manner of the delivery, to be peddlers; levying an occupation tax on such persons, and providing a penalty for the violation of this Act.
