HB 155, 30th R.S.
Relating to providing for the collection of succession duties on estates passing upon the death of any resident of this State having property in this State at the time of his or her death, or of any non-resident having property within the jurisdiction of this State at the time of his or her death, whether such property pass by will or by the laws of descent and distribution of this State, or by those of any other State in which a non-resident may have his or her domicile at the time of his or her death, provided, such non-resident have property within the jurisdiction of this State.
