Relating to forbidding any person, firm, associations of persons, corporations or agents of either, to insert in any contract for personal services made with employes, any provision for deducting at stated times, a part of the wages or money due or, under such a contract or withholding any part of wages of employes for the purpose of hospital fees, or as payment for medical services.
