Relating to providing for the protection of honey bees against foul brood and other contagious diseases, and providing that all beekeepers report to the State Entomologist when infectious diseases exist; providing for collecting the expenses of eradicating the disease, and fixing the charge upon the owner or agent of the bees; providing for the extermination of all contagious diseases; and providing penalties.
