Relating to amending the Insurance Code, regulating Fire and Marine Companies by providing for the regulation of re-insurance of insurance written by companies licensed to do business in the State of Texas writing Fire and allied lines of insurance, and the regulation of re-insurance written by foreign insurance companies imposing upon the Board of Insurance Commissioners certain duties relative to their insurance.
