Relating to changing the official title of Fish and Oyster Commissioner to Fish, Oyster and Game Commissioner, supplementing his salary, authorizing him to appoint assistants, providing for hunting license, providing for the protection and propagation of wild game, wild birds and fowls, providing for the enforcement of all game laws and providing penalties for the violation thereof.
