SB 472, 64th R.S.
Relating to the importance of coastal public lands, the coastal marshes, and similar coastal areas of the state located on both publicly and privately owned lands and the importance of the maintenance, preservation, and enhancement of the environment, wildlife, and fisheries, and to the importance of the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway; providing for the administration by the State of Texas of nonfederal sponsorship requirements for the future maintenance and improvement of the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway consistent with the policy of the State of Texas; prescribing the powers and duties of the State Highway Department in implementing this Act and of other state agencies and political subdivisions in cooperation with the department; authorizing appropriations for funding.
