SB 305, 52nd R.S.
Relating to providing for the procedure for removal of County Seat, and providing that upon the written application of not less than 100 freeholders and qualified voters, who are resident citizens of the County, asking for an election submitted to the County Judge that such election shall be called, and that the County Judge shall call such election.
