SB 25, 39th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute relating to requiring monthly report of State Taxes by county clerks so as to require that in counties having a county auditor, the duties prescribed for the county clerk shall be performed by said auditor, and providing that before allowance of delinquent and insolvent lists the roll shall be audited by the county auditor.
