Relating to setting up health standards for Grade A pasteurized milk and/or Grade A raw milk for pasteurization produced outside the State of Texas to be imported to points within as high or higher than those required for the production of Grade A pasteurized milk and/or Grade A raw milk for pasteurization within the State of Texas; providing penalties; providing the effective date.
