SB 180, 39th R.S.
Relating to providing that any foreign corporation not having a permit to do business in Texas, and lawfully owning stock of a corporation organized under the laws of Texas, may vote said stock and participate in the management and control of such corporation as other stockholders, subject to all laws, rules and regulations governing Texas corporations.
